How do I check in at a court?
Open the map, tap a court pin, and tap the "Check in" button at the bottom of the court sheet. You'll show up live on every other user's map until you check out or until three hours pass.
How do I submit a new court?
Tap the + button on the map, fill in the name, town, and address, drop a pin where the court is, and add a photo if you have one. An admin reviews every submission before it goes live on the map. You'll see your submission marked "Pending" in your profile until it's approved or rejected.
Where does my data go?
Everything is detailed in our
privacy policy. The short version: your email and username are stored on our Supabase server so you can sign in; your check-ins are visible to other signed-in users while you're on a court; court photos you submit go to public storage so the map can show them; nothing is sold or shared with third parties.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open the profile drawer (top-right corner), tap "Delete account," and confirm. This permanently removes your auth record, profile, every check-in you've made, and any pending court submissions. Approved courts you submitted stay on the map but with your submitter handle anonymized to "deleted_user." Action is immediate — no email back-and-forth needed.
I forgot my password
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?". Enter the email you signed up with and we'll send a reset link from
[email protected]. Check spam if it doesn't show up in a couple minutes.
My check-in isn't showing on other phones
Make sure you have an internet connection, then pull down on the map to refresh. If the issue persists, sign out and back in — the realtime channel reconnects on sign-in. If it still doesn't work, email us and we'll dig into the server logs.
How do I report a player or court submission?
Email
[email protected] with the username or court name and a brief description of the issue. We review every report and remove content that violates our community rules — within 24 hours in most cases.
The app crashed or something else broke
Send an email with: your iPhone model, iOS version, what you were doing when the crash happened, and a screenshot if you have one. The more detail the better — that's what gets bugs fixed fastest.
